We are pleased to introduce our Resident Voice Advocate at MediLodge of Traverse City, Barb Morgan!
Barb has 14 years experience in the Dietary Department and two years in Activities. She has a huge heart for residents and specializes in excellent customer care.
Our Resident Voice advocate meets and greets new residents at the door upon their admittance to MediLodge of Traverse City. Each new resident is presented with a MediLodge bag with a word search book and MediLodge pen upon their arrival as well as a friendly welcome card and a small gift with treats.
Throughout their stay, Barb connects with them to ensure they are comfortable and happy. Residents know they have a compassionate lady who cares about them and always listens to them and finds answers to their questions.
She tends to their specific needs and is glad to provide that smile, hug or handshake at any time. We are so happy to have Barb here as our Resident Voice Advocate.
